Please do not contact us with queries regarding restocking or new colours/styles. Due to the current situation we have heavy delays on the production of our wigs and therefore cannot give any estimation of when a certain wig will be restocked. You can enter your email on the product page of an out of stock wig and you will be notified as soon as it is back in stock. Sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience at this time.
Please also refrain from contacting us regarding the tracking of your order until the estimated delivery time for your country, shown on our shipping page, has passed. Even though most countries' postal systems are back to normal, there are still a few that are experiencing delays. If your tracking is not showing any information after it has left the UK, the likelihood of this is that it is in your countries customs department and has not yet been scanned due to the backlog of post they have at this current time. Again we are sorry for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience at this time.
